Arni Johannson - PARTNER

Arni Johannson has 20 years of experience in the Canadian capital markets.

He serves as President of Canadian Nexus Ventures Ltd, a private Venture Capital group that focuses on building assets and senior management teams of companies they are invested in while executing a defined business plan.

Mr. Johannson was the founder and architect behind Titan Uranium (TSX.v:TUE - www.TitanUranium.com) and co-founded The Fortress Group (Fortress Paper – TSX:FTP - www.FortressPaper.com). He also serves as a director for a number of public companies including Mega Uranium ( TSX:MGA - www.MegaUranium.com ).  

Mr. Johannson is the interim CEO of Lions Gate Metals (TSX.v:LGM [tier 1] - www.LionsGateMetals.com and advanced stage Canadian Copper Company.  Specifically in the past 10 years Mr. Johannson has focused on the resource sector working on and with companies that have raised well in excess of $100 million in development capital.
