In 1975, the era of big hair, wide lapels, platform shoes and free love, nothing represents hedonistic excess better than the fabulous Beverly Hills mansion known as the House of Love. As a murder of a Hollywood mogul threatens to bring the perpetual party to a crashing halt. The Lovemates are determined to solve the murder. Muffin, a former Lovemate of the Year and all around good girl, has a knack for solving mysteries. Aided by her loyal friends, Muffin comes face to face with a deadly enemy.
